Ownership and Usage Rights
Ownership of a Bent Studio NFT does not transfer copyright, master rights, publishing rights, or any intellectual property rights associated with the underlying work.
The underlying music, artwork, and all associated intellectual property remain the sole and exclusive property of Bent Studio, LLC and its creator.
NFT holders are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for:
- personal listening
- private display
- strictly non-commercial use
NFT holders may not:
- distribute, reproduce, or sell the content
- use the content for commercial purposes
- sync the music to video, film, or media
- create derivative works
- mint, tokenize, or resell the content as a separate NFT or digital asset
- upload, distribute, or otherwise make the content publicly available on streaming or content platforms
